Information Evenings
We run regular information evenings for those interested in volunteering. Please see the Events page for dates.

Volunteer Commitment
There is no question that we do ask for a commitment from our volunteers.

Most notably we ask listening volunteers for 3 hours a week, plus a night duty (1am-7am) once every 4 weeks.

However, if you don't feel you can commit to that please do contact us to discuss other ways in which you might be able to help. In particular we have a number of support volunteer posts covering all kinds of tasks.
